Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Everview, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Everview provides account management, device ownership, supported data-source integrations, media view synchronization, and e-paper image generation. Current supported sources include YouTube, Instagram, Etsy, Home Energy, and Stocks. Source availability and features may change over time. YouTube features require authorization from an eligible account; Instagram can use an authorized Creator or Business account or a configured public profile.

3. Accounts and devices

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device registration links confidential. You must provide accurate information and must not claim or access a device that does not belong to you. Administrators may assign, transfer, suspend, or remove device access.

4. Third-party services

Everview uses third-party services, including Google and YouTube, Meta and Instagram, public-profile data processors, Etsy, home-energy providers, and market-data providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control the availability, accuracy, pricing, or policy decisions of third-party services.

5. Acceptable use

You must not bypass authentication, access another user's devices, interfere with the service or its infrastructure, submit malicious content, or use synchronized data for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access to protect users, devices, or the service.

6. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided on an availability-permitting basis. Social, commerce, energy, and market data may be delayed, rounded, unavailable, estimated, or changed by the source provider. Everview does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a displayed value will match a provider's internal real-time display.

7. Intellectual property

Everview and its software, design, and documentation are owned by the service operator or its licensors. You retain rights to content and accounts that you connect to the service. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the features you request.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, or if the service is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Affiliate Program

Affiliate participants may share an assigned referral link and one active audience coupon. Eligible orders earn 15% of the discounted product amount after a 30-day return period; shipping, taxes, refunds, and self-purchases are excluded. Coupon attribution takes priority over link attribution. Available balances of at least $50 are prepared monthly using the payout details on file. We may reverse commission for refunds, misuse, misleading promotion, duplicate accounts, or attempts to earn from personal purchases, and may pause participation when needed to protect customers or the program.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everview is provided without warranties of any kind. The service operator is not responsible for losses caused by third-party source changes, device connectivity, inaccurate or delayed source data, market movement, energy-price changes, or unauthorized use of credentials caused by your failure to protect them.

11. Changes and contact
